Required Essay #2

What are your short-term and long-term career goals, and how will an MBA from Haas help you achieve those goals?
(Maximum 300 words)

Outline your career trajectory with clarity.

• Short-term goals should be realistic and achievable within 3–5 years post-MBA.

• Long-term goals may extend a decade or more and reflect your broader vision.

Make sure to tie your aspirations back to what Haas specifically offers—academically, experientially, or through its values.

DEI Essay (Optional but Encouraged)

Describe any experiences or exposure you have had related to diversity, equity, inclusion, justice, or belonging.

Haas seeks future leaders who create inclusive environments. Share how you’ve engaged with DEI—whether through work, community, education, or personal reflection. If applying for mission-aligned fellowships, use this space to demonstrate your commitment.

Video Essay
