GOALisB Global Mentorship Scholarship for International MBA and Masters Applicants

10 min read

GOALisB is opening ten places for international applicants to work one on one with Shruti Parashar on their MBA, or Masters application, at no cost. The GOALisB Global Mentorship Scholarship covers the full cost of one-on-one admissions consulting on one application for 2027 or 2028 entry, the same depth of support as our comprehensive consulting package. It is open to citizens of every country except India, with up to five years of work experience.

The scholarship covers admissions consulting. It does not include tuition, test fees, application fees or living costs.

Free one-on-one admissions mentorship from Shruti Parashar of GOALisB, ranked #10 globally among MBA admissions consultants by Poets & Quants. 10 places for international applicants outside India, 0 to 5 years of experience.

Why GOALisB is offering this scholarship

Admissions committees at INSEAD, HEC Paris, Bocconi, NUS and the leading US and UK schools read thousands of applications from strong candidates. What separates an admit from a rejection is rarely the raw profile. It is how clearly the application shows what the candidate has done, what they want to do next and why that programme is the right step.

Applicants in many countries have little access to experienced admissions guidance. Local options are scarce, international consultants are expensive, and most candidates prepare alone. The Global Mentorship Scholarship gives ten of them the same depth of guidance that GOALisB's paying clients receive.

Who mentors you for the GOALisB Global Mentorship Scholarship

Every scholarship mentee works directly with Shruti Parashar, founder and lead consultant of GOALisB. Shruti P. is ranked 10th globally on the Poets & Quants Top MBA Admissions Consultants 2026 list. You can read what past clients say on our client reviews page.

Shruti has advised MBA and Masters applicants since 2008 and has guided more than 500 candidates to admits at ISB, the IIMs, INSEAD, Wharton, Oxford, Cambridge, HEC Paris and other leading programmes, with 120 or more admits in every application cycle. She is an ISB PGP alumna, a Stanford LEAD graduate, a published author and a judge for the QS Reimagine Education Awards.

Applicants we work with around the world

The Gulf, the Middle East and North Africa. Professionals across the region apply to European one-year MBAs, Asian programmes and specialised Masters. We work with applicants in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha, Kuwait City, Manama, Muscat, Riyadh, Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt, Casablanca and Tunis.

Sub-Saharan Africa. Strong candidates here often depend on scholarships, which makes a sharp application especially valuable. Our pages cover Nigeria, Ghana, Accra, Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, Dar es Salaam, Lusaka and South Africa.

South Asia. Applicants from Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Bhutan frequently weigh ISB and the IIM one-year MBAs alongside programmes in Singapore, Europe and the US.

Southeast Asia. We support candidates in Singapore, Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur, Thailand, Bangkok, Indonesia, the Philippines and Vietnam.

East Asia. Our pages for Hong Kong, Shanghai, Taipei, Tokyo, Seoul and Mongolia cover applicants targeting global MBAs and Masters in finance and analytics.

Central Asia and the Caucasus. Applicants in Kazakhstan, Tashkent, Bishkek and Georgia increasingly look to European and Asian business schools.

Europe. European candidates often compare INSEAD and HEC Paris with US programmes such as Columbia and NYU Stern. We work with candidates in Paris, France, Berlin, Frankfurt, Munich, Hamburg, Germany, Amsterdam, Madrid, Barcelona, Milan, Dublin, Warsaw, Bucharest, Belgrade and Ukraine.

North America. Applicants here target programmes such as Wharton, Stanford GSB, MIT Sloan and leading Canadian MBAs. Our pages cover New York City, Chicago, Dallas, Seattle, San Francisco, Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, Brampton, Mississauga, Mexico City and Panama.

South America. Applicants in São Paulo, Buenos Aires, Santiago, Colombia, Peru and Ecuador often target European business schools, where many Latin American candidates now prefer to study.

Australia and New Zealand. We support candidates in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Auckland and Wellington.

Which programmes fit which profile

Your experience level shapes which programmes make sense, and choosing the right one application is the first thing Shruti works through with you.

With 0 to 2 years of experience, most candidates are strongest for pre-experience Masters abroad such as a Masters in Management, MSc Finance or Business Analytics. Bocconi, ESSEC, HEC Paris, RSM, LSE and NUS all run strong programmes at this level, and many offer merit scholarships of their own. Our guide to the Masters in Management essay covers what these schools look for. India's leading schools are also open at this stage. IIM Ahmedabad admits foreign nationals to its two-year MBA through a supernumerary quota using the GMAT, with a minimum GMAT Focus score of 645 and a 31 December 2026 deadline for the 2027 to 2029 batch (IIMA). ISB's PGP YL is built for early-career candidates with up to 24 months of work experience and accepts the GMAT or GRE (ISB).

With 2 to 5 years of experience, candidates can aim for early-career MBAs abroad, one-year MBAs in Europe and Asia, and post-experience Masters such as a Masters in Finance. The ISB PGP, India's best-known one-year MBA, sits squarely in this range and gives international candidates access to one of Asia's fastest-growing business markets, with placement outcomes that hold up well against global peers. Applicants based in the Gulf often weigh European one-year MBAs against ISB, the IIM Ahmedabad Dubai MBA and other Asian options, which our Dubai and Abu Dhabi pages cover in more depth.
